Whatever device or assistive software you rely on, these pages should be readable and we should be reachable.
The target we hold ourselves to is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, on every page. Every rebuild of the site gets a keyboard-only pass, a screen reader pass, a check on a phone, and an automated scan.

What's built into every page
Underneath, each page is semantic HTML: one orderly heading outline, a skip-to-content link right at the top, and landmark regions marking the header, the navigation, the main content and the footer. You can work every menu and every form from the keyboard alone, and the thing you've landed on is always visibly highlighted. Text sits on backgrounds that clear the AA contrast ratio, you can blow the text up to 200% without losing anything, and nothing blinks or animates in a way you can't stop; if your device is set to prefer reduced motion, our animations switch off altogether. Images carry written descriptions, form fields carry labels, and there's no clock running on anything you type.
Where a photo says more than its caption
A handful of our photographs show job-site conditions that words don't capture well. The description you'll hear covers what the page needs you to know, but if it leaves you short, phone us and someone will talk you through what's in the picture.
You never need the website to reach us
There's no gate on this site you have to pass through. Asking a question, requesting an estimate, raising a concern: all of it can be done by calling (386) 517-1719, at any hour on any day. And if some part of the site is fighting you on whatever device or software you use, send a note to hello@palmcoasttreeco.com or ring the same number, tell us which page and what went wrong, and we'll get back to you inside two business days and put right whatever we can.
