Who you'll be dealing with

At Palm Coast Tree Co., here's who picks up, who comes to look, who does the cutting and who sorts the paperwork.

Who answers the phone?

Day or night, the line is answered. An automated assistant notes down your name, your number and what's going on with the tree, then hands it to a person who calls you back. If the tree's on a structure, expect that call within minutes; otherwise, inside the hour.

Who comes out to look?

The estimator. They walk the lot, read the tree for lean, decay, what the roots are doing and what it'd land on, and put a price on paper. If you ask whether the tree genuinely has to go, you'll get an honest answer.

Who's in charge on the day?

The crew lead. Whether it's a climb or a bucket job, they run the rigging, set the drop zone, keep the chipper fed and make sure the cleanup gets done. Before the truck pulls away, they walk the yard with you.

Who handles the paperwork?

The office. They find out whether your job needs a permit, book the crane when the job calls for one, and keep the certificate of insurance up to date so you can look at it before anyone leaves the ground.

Who actually does the work?

Our outfit is run locally from Palm Coast, FL, but the tree work itself is done by independent, insured crews based nearby, not by whoever operates this website, and we'll name the crew before a date goes on the calendar. The referral marketing disclosure lays out the arrangement without jargon, and the about page explains how we pick who we work with.

Would rather talk to a human?

Any time you like, ask for a callback, and it'll be a human on the line, not a recording. Dial (386) 517-1719, or write to hello@palmcoasttreeco.com if you'd rather type.
