Privacy policy
The short of it: your details help us quote and book your tree work, and we never sell them.
In force since September 2026. Questions about any of this go to hello@palmcoasttreeco.com.
What do we collect?
Whether you phone, send a text or fill in the estimate form, we'll ask for your name, a number to reach you on, an email address, the street address or ZIP of the property, and a few words on what's happening with the tree and what you'd like done about it.
Is the call recorded?
It might be. Our business line can record calls so we're able to check quality and train the people who answer, and a short notice plays before anything else so you're never caught off guard. An automated assistant is what picks up the line; it collects your details and lines up a callback, and a real person takes it from there.
What do we do with it?
We use what you give us to get back to you, write up your quote, put together a permit application if the job needs one, book and carry out the work, send you any insurance paperwork you've asked for, and keep you posted about your job as it moves along.
Now and then we may also send a reminder, such as a note about pruning before hurricane season arrives. Tell us to stop and we will.
Who sees it?
Only the people who need it to get your job done:
- the insured crew assigned to your property
- your insurance carrier, and only if you've asked us to send them something
- Flagler County or the City of Palm Coast, if we're filing a permit for you as the owner
- the companies that run our phone line, web form and scheduling
- anyone the law obliges us to share it with
Selling or renting your personal information isn't something we do, full stop.
What does the website itself track?
We run a privacy-respecting analytics tool that tallies visits and shows us which pages people find handy. There are no advertising trackers anywhere on the site.
Can you see, fix or delete what we hold?
Yes. Send an email to hello@palmcoasttreeco.com and we'll show you what's on file, correct it or wipe it, whichever you ask for. To stop text messages, reply with the word STOP to any text we've sent you.
