Referral marketing disclosure
How this website earns its keep, and who's actually holding the saw. Plain words, no small print.
Before you pick up the phone, it's only fair you know how this site makes money and who actually turns up with the chainsaw. Open any question below.
Current as of September 2026. Write to hello@palmcoasttreeco.com with anything this page doesn't answer.
Who's behind palmcoasttreeco.com?
This is a marketing site for tree work in Palm Coast and across Flagler County, run by Palm Coast Tree Co. Call the number on any page or fill in the estimate form and your request lands with us first. An automated assistant picks up the phone whatever the hour, takes down your details, and then a person gets back to you.
Who actually climbs the tree?
Not the people who run this website. The cutting, trimming and grinding are done by independent tree contractors working around Palm Coast who are insured in their own right and whom we've chosen to work with. Which one gets your job comes down to what kind of work it is, where your property sits and who has room on the schedule.
Does anybody pay you for sending them work?
Sometimes, yes. When a referral turns into a booked job, the contractor may pay us a fee for the referral or for advertising. That's a deal between the contractor and us, and it has no bearing on the price you're quoted.
Why are my calls tracked or recorded?
So we know what's working. We use call tracking, form tracking and privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages and which sources actually bring in inquiries. Calls can be recorded, and a notice tells you so before the conversation starts. None of this touches your price; it's bookkeeping about the website. Our privacy policy lists what gets collected and who it's shared with.
Will I know who's coming to my house?
Yes. Ask us which contractor would handle your job and we'll name them before anything goes on the calendar.
Is the written estimate the real price?
It is. However the fees behind the scenes shake out, what you pay is the figure the contractor put on the estimate you signed, nothing more.
Can I get other quotes?
Of course. Shopping a tree job around for a second opinion is sensible, and we won't try to talk you out of it.
What does "independent contractor" mean for me?
It means the contractor stands on their own feet: the insurance is theirs, and so are the warranty terms. Ask for a look at their certificate of insurance, and go through the agreement before signing.
Do you advertise?
This site can show up in search results and in paid ads. Any outside service that helps us run or measure those ads gets only the data it needs to do that one job.
What if I want to talk to the contractor directly?
Just say so. Whether you want to know who'd be handling your tree, whether a referral is part of it, or how you'd contact the contractor without going through us, ask. We'd much rather answer now than leave you wondering later. Phone (386) 517-1719, or drop a line to hello@palmcoasttreeco.com.
