A written price for your tree, free
Someone comes out, looks the tree over, and before leaving hands you a price in writing, whether it's a removal, a trim or a stump. Call (386) 517-1719 or use the form; the line is staffed at any hour.
Whether it's one leaning pine or a whole lot to clear, the process is the same, and the questions below cover what most homeowners in Palm Coast want to know before they call. Send the form and you'll get a callback the same day.
What should I have ready when I get in touch?
Just the basics: roughly how tall the tree is, what's close to it, such as the house, a fence or power lines, and what you're hoping to have done. A photo taken from the street is handy but by no means necessary.
What happens on the day the estimator comes?
Most often it's a day or two after your call when an estimator comes out and walks the lot with you. They check which way it leans, the root flare, any decay, where the tree would land and how the equipment would get in, then tell you straight what the tree genuinely needs.
What does the written sheet list?
Every line, so comparing it against anyone else's is easy: the climbing, or the bucket work if that's what it takes, rigging over the roof and fences, chipping and hauling away everything that's cut, grinding the stump if you'd like that done, raking up the lawn, the crane if one's needed, and a note on whether the city will want a permit, including whether the tree counts as protected or heritage. Anything missing from the sheet won't turn up on the bill later.
When do I pay anything?
Not before you've approved the price and we've booked the date; there's no deposit ahead of that. The written price stays good for 30 days, so you've got time to think it over.
Am I committing to anything?
No. The estimate costs nothing and you're welcome to get another one elsewhere. Honestly, we'd prefer you compare and then pick us over feeling pressured into it.
What if a tree's already on the house?
Say the word emergency when you call. A crew goes out in order of urgency, with the paperwork catching up afterward. The same goes for a limb dangling over your driveway.
Where do you give free estimates?
Anywhere in Palm Coast and the rest of Flagler County. Our service area page lists every town and neighborhood we reach.
