What we collect
When you call, text or use our form we collect your name, phone number, email, address or ZIP code, and a description of the tree work you want. Calls to our business line may be recorded for quality and training; you'll hear a notice at the start of the call. Our phone line uses an automated assistant to take your details and schedule callbacks.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare a quote and any permit application, schedule and perform work, provide insurance documentation you ask for, and send you job-related messages. We may send an occasional reminder (for example, a pre-hurricane-season pruning offer). You can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We share your information only with the insured crew performing your work, the City of Palm Coast or Flagler County when a permit is filed in your name, your insurance carrier when you ask us to, our phone, form and scheduling service providers, and as required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Website data
Our site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We don't use advertising trackers.
