Tree care for Palm Coast HOAs, condos and commercial properties

Grand Haven, Hammock Dunes, Town Center, the condo towers on A1A — hundreds of trees, one contract, one certificate of insurance, and a crew that shows up on the schedule.

Palm Coast's HOAs and condominium associations own more trees than most cities: streetscape oaks along miles of parkway, palm-lined entries, preserve buffers and retention-pond edges. Managing them means an inventory, a pruning cycle, a palm program, a plan for hurricane season and someone answering the phone when a tree is across the gate at 3 a.m. We do all of it under one annual agreement, with an ISA Certified Arborist writing the specifications and a crew that knows the property.

For commercial properties — shopping centers on Palm Coast Parkway, medical offices, the hotels and rentals in the Hammock — the emphasis is clearance and liability: canopy lifted over parking and sidewalks, sight lines at entrances kept clear, dead wood removed before it lands on a car, and documentation that shows a standard of care if anyone ever asks. Proposals are written per property with per-tree or per-zone pricing and a schedule the board can approve once.

Questions we get about commercial & hoa tree service

Do you work with property managers?

Yes — most of our commercial work comes through management companies. We provide written scopes, per-zone pricing, certificates naming the association, and monthly reporting the board can see.

Can you give us a multi-year budget?

Yes. An inventory with condition ratings lets us propose a pruning cycle and a removal/replacement schedule the board can budget three to five years out instead of reacting to failures.

What insurance do you carry?

General liability and workers' compensation written for tree work — not a landscaping policy — with the association named as additional insured on request.

How do you handle hurricanes for an HOA?

A pre-season assessment in spring, priority response after the storm under the agreement, and debris staged to Flagler County's specifications so FEMA contractors collect it from the right-of-way.

Do you treat palms for lethal bronzing?

Yes — quarterly oxytetracycline injections for high-value palms in an ongoing program, and prompt removal of infected palms to slow spread through the community.

Can residents use you at contract pricing?

Often, yes. Many of our HOA agreements include a resident rate for work on individual lots scheduled alongside the community work.
